Before your stay we send directions, the self check-in details and our phone number. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
Platforms charge guests a service fee on top of the host's price — typically around 14% of the subtotal — and charge the host another fee on their side. When you book direct, neither applies, and we pass that on: our direct nightly rates are set below our Airbnb pricing to begin with.
Longer stays cost less per night — , and a flat monthly rate for the longest stays. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include all taxes; your written quote is the number you'll pay.
